WHAT IS CALLED TO GREATNESS?

CALLED TO GREATNESS is an engaging and impactful program specifically designed for high school students in grades 9 to 12. This program offers a range of service hour opportunities, with events taking place once a month on Saturdays. The primary objective of CALLED TO GREATNESS is to provide high schoolers with meaningful community service experiences that not only fulfill their service hour requirements but also inspire personal growth and social responsibility. Each month, participants in the program are presented with diverse service projects that address various community needs. These projects can include volunteering at local shelters, organizing charity drives, participating in environmental clean-ups, assisting with community events, and much more. By participating in these activities, students gain a deeper understanding of the challenges faced by different communities and develop empathy and compassion towards others.

CALLED TO GREATNESS aims to foster a sense of civic engagement and encourage students to become active contributors to their communities. The program also provides opportunities for students to develop leadership skills, work collaboratively with their peers, and build connections with community organizations and nonprofits. Not only does CALLED TO GREATNESS provide students with the chance to make a positive impact, but it also offers a supportive and inclusive environment where they can form lasting friendships and learn from one another's experiences. The program recognizes the importance of youth involvement in community service and strives to empower high schoolers to become agents of positive change. By participating in CALLED TO GREATNESS, high school students can make a difference in their communities, develop essential life skills, and create a foundation for a lifetime of service and leadership.
